Jayce's Classic Spares own unique structural grade aluminium wood bed strip kit with hidden fasteners.

The kit includes 7 bed strips and 2 side strips.  Each strip is 2m in length and can be purchased in mill finish, polished or anodised.  The unique features of our bed strip kit are as follows:

  • Made from 6063 T6 extruded aluminium.
  • Makes use of readily available 8mm bolts or appropriately sized t-track components for securing purposes.
  • Profile is compatible with wood profiles as used on USA bed wood.
  • Made in South Africa.
  • Cost effective vs imported and locally sourced steel profiles
  • High corrosion resistance and ideal for outdoor purposes.
  • Designed for the intended purpose in mind.
  • You can cut to length as required.

Note: Mill Finish shown. Fasteners not included.

For South Africa shoppers all prices shown include Customs duty taxes and VAT.  There is nothing extra to pay other than local courier fees.

Local shipping is via The Courier Guy and free for any purchase over R2000 excluding oversized items. If you are an international customer please contact us at sales@jayces-classic-spares.com or call us on +27 33 940 3176.

For international shoppers, import duties will be collected by your preferred carrier or your residing customs office.

Yip! We have a 60 day return policy.  Simply ship it back to us, inidicating the fault and circumstances around the fault and we will get it sorted. 

You will have to contact us though for a RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number so please email us admin@jayces-classic-spares.com with the part number, quantity, PO # and reason for return and get it back to us as soon as you can.

Bin strips

Work in progress. Busy constructing a new bin for my 41 Ford. They will be installed last to work out the postions of the timber.
